Yes, ADHDtv started on Public Access TV, in Santa Barbara in 2003, with three episodes filmed in the Bahamas. Marklin came back in 2007, and started the show in Santa Barbara, and slowly syndicated the show across the country to over 50 Access stations.The show boasts the highest ratings in public cable history and are the first public access show to ever compete for an Emmy award (2008).
