When Humphrey is water-skiing on the river while being pulled by Marcel, Kate is on the right bank. After Humphrey gets launched into the air and tries to use Marcel's wings to fly back to the ground, they land on the left side of the river. Kate appears right above them. She was on the other side of the river, and she doesn't appear to have swum.
In the fight scene near the end, Kate is shown looking around for Humphrey. She has a flower in her hair, and when she turns around the flower is gone.
The wolf packs in the movie are not structured the way real packs are. The movie packs have several alphas and omegas. In a real pack, there are two alphas, the alpha male and alpha female - they are the pack leaders and the pack's only breeding pair. The rest of the pack is made up of their siblings and offspring. There is only one omega - that is the name for the lowest-ranked wolf in the pack. (But of course, real wolves don't have arranged marriages either.)

Lilly: I told you, I don't hunt.
Eve: Aww Kate, you look so beautiful. Now, if Garth gets out of line, take those beautiful teeth of your's, go for the throat and don't let go until the body stops shaking.
Paddy: [Kate is about to marry Garth even though the two birds know she and Humphrey are in love]
Now, I'm a stickler for tradition, but this one I just don't understand.
