Goofs
During the scene where the farmer is looking for his goat, he falls through the floorboards in his hay-barn and is visibly covered in hay when he lands on the floor. However, in the short time between then and when his goat scares him, not only has he completely removed the hay from on top of himself, but it has completely disappeared without trace.

After Amanda falls in a mud puddle, in the next scene she is seen washing her face in the sink of the farm house. Her hair and clothing are both clean and not out of place or stained at all.

When Amanda is burning her files at the end, a clear shot of one page is seen. Not actually secret snake formulas, it is in fact a collection of chemical reactions one might see on an exam for first semester organic chemistry (elimination, bromination, ozonolysis, hydroboration, etc.).

Q
Is this really "Anaconda 3"?
A
Despite being marketed as Anaconda 3, it's quite very obvious that they only named this movie Anaconda 3 for marketing purposes only. This was most likely to gain more viewers, and draw in Anaconda fans. This is a "typical" Sci-Fi channel movie, with a very low budget, cheesy soundtrack, a tv-movie feel to it, mediocre acting, fake backdrops, cheap sets and extremely fake looking CGI.The only relation of the first movies this has, are that the "Blood Orchid" is mentioned in one or two lines of dialogue. Otherwise, it's pretty much a cheap Sci-Fi channel flick, with a CGI snake munching on stupid characters for 90 minutes. There is no river or boat in the movie like the first two. The CGI is even more fake looking, and it just doesn't feel like one of the first two movies in any sense of the word. It feels like a cheap snake movie being called Anaconda 3, and that's exactly what it is.Fans of one, or both Anaconda and Anacondas: The Hunt for The Blood Orchid, are best skipping this. not knowedging it's existance or watching it as a stand-alone. Or better yet, wait for a proper sequel to be made!
