This is one of the two films signed by Prithviraj with Yash Raj Films after his debut stint in Aiyyaa.

Sushant Singh Rajput lost out on the role of Arya, because he refused to sign a three film contract with Yash Raj Productions, however in the same year he appeared in Shuddh Desi Romance, a Yash Raj movie.

In the beginning, 8 minutes into the movie , a half filled bottle rolls towards a male and in the next shot when he picks up the bottle, it is empty.

After firing Nina Vishal is shown driving a car with his associate. In close up shot a ring is visible on his ring finger while in other shot the ring is missing.

When Ajay kicks the bandit at the beginning, he falls on the bumper of a car, while the altercation occurs in the aisle.

Arya: This system of collection has been in place for years. The money from this system goes all the way up to the seniors and ministers. The nexus is not going to come to an end with just my Uncle's death. The DCP said that only two powers would survive - the politicians and the corporates. But if a policeman doesn't take bribes from any of them, then he won't fear them either.
