When Ms. Mac is first telling the story of Billy, she eats a marshmallow that she just cooked in the fire. There is no way that the marshmallow and the tongs that just came out of the fire place wouldn't have burned her mouth.

When Billy's father is killed and getting buried under the crawlspace, he is seen with the black bag over his head. When Dana is fighting in the crawlspace and is killed, she has scratched up part of his skeleton; however, there is no bag over his head.

Michelle Trachtenberg's character has her name spelled in the credits (M-e-l-i-s-s-a) differently from the way it appears on screen as part of a Caller ID (M-e-l-l-i-s-a).

Will there be a sequel?
Probably not since it wasn't much of a success.
Are there 2 versions?
Yes, there is a UK and a US version. The US version is slightly longer than the UK version, and contains three different death scenes and a longer and different ending. The UK version and US phone-calls are also slightly different and both cuts of the movie have different characters in each versions not present in the other version (i.e. Kelli's parents are present in the UK but not US, Morgue Attendant - US but not UK). A detailed comparison between the R-Rated and the Unrated Version can be found here. A detailed comparison between the R-Rated and the UK version can be found here.
