Aksel Hennie who stars as Geir did all his own stunts except the "jackass"-type scene where his character jumps out of a window and falls several floors into a dumpster. In the opening DV camera sequence where Hennie climbs on the outside of a building, the director told him to climb to the second floor, Hennie himself decided to go on climbing until he was about 25 feet above the ground.
