Bill Murray did not want to reprise his role as Bosley because he refused to work with McG again. Murray also had problems with Lucy Liu on the first Charlie's Angels (2000) film but publicly insisted that Liu was not the reason for his departure.

When Madison is on the roof of the Los Angeles Theater she looks into the telescope pointed at the Roosevelt Hotel rooftop and it looks as if she is looking down at everyone getting busted by the FBI. In the next shot it is obvious that the Roosevelt Hotel is a much taller building.

Faq

What are the differences between the theatrical version and the unrated "Full Throttle" edition?

In order to achieve a PG-13-rating for the theatrical release, some cuts had to be made. On DVD, one can also find the unrated cut with all censorship being removed. Most of the missing scenes have been cut because of sexual and violent content and some scenes have been replaced. A detailed comparison between both versions can be found here.
