Trivia
This is Omnimon's first appearance (segment 2).
The first time Digivolution occurs is in this movie (continuity wise of course).
The references to Willis were not in the original Japanese version, because "Our war game" was in continuity and "Hurricane Touchdown" was out of continuity, therefore in "Our War Game" Willis/Wallace did not exist.

Goofs
The Lopmon and Terriermon featured on the cover and poster art were drawn incredibly incorrectly. Some errors include wrong colorings, swapped markings, a wrong number of horns and incorrect shading.

When the train passes by, the front of the locomotive reads "Amtrak", yet the top reads "Amtrack".

A Lopmon is featured on the cover and poster art of the movie quite prominently, however in the English version of the movie no Lopmon is present.

Q
Is it true that the movie is a re-edit of the original Japanese Digimon movies?
A
Yes, the movie consists of scenes used in the original Japanese Digimon movies and in order to make it more appealing to Western audiences soundtrack was completely changed as well - the original music is all gone. Instead you hear English Rock/Pop songs or other new music creations. A detailed comparison, split in two parts, between the original Japanese versions and the US re-edit with pictures can be found here (Part 1) and here (Part 2).This of course created controversy. Specially in Latin America. The series with the Latinamerican dub always kept the original songs, while the movie used translated versions of the songs from the American dub.
