First Three Stooges short to utilize a sound effect to accompany a finger-poke in the eye.

Judy Malcolm and Sethma Williams appear in the lobby cards, one-sheet poster and publicity photos, but do not appear in the film.

This short makes extensive use of footage from the earlier short Boobs in Arms (1940).

When Curly throws the control lever out of the plane it can be heard landing on the stage floor.

When the Stooge's Buzzard goes into a tailspin, another plane streaks by with coloured smoke trailing behind. This suggests the maker's used footage from an air-show.

After Moe falls in the well, the film dissolves to the three men back at work on the airplane, and Moe is wearing the same jumpsuit as at the beginning of the short. But earlier, he had it covered in rubber cement, inflated with gas, and he left it floating mid-air when he was blasted out of it, so how could he get back into the same jumpsuit?

Moe Wrong: [to Curly] Where's your vice?

Larry Wrong: We dunno anything about flyin'!

Moe Wrong: [seeing Curly sawing one of the plane's wings] No, nitwit! You saw the garage!
