Order 12333 was in fact was signed by President Ronald Reagan in 1981 and had a broader purpose to require coordination between the Federal agencies and the CIA, but did reiterate an existing policy against political assassinations.

In the laser room when 99 tells Max to watch what she does she turns her head to her right while lifting her butt in the air. When it cuts to a closeup of Max's reaction her head is facing to her left.

When Max jumps out of the plane, his hands are tied together. Moments later, in air, his hands are free again. Max's last shot with the Swiss Army knife crossbow cut the strap around his wrists.

When Dalip has finished lowering the bomb into the wall of Disney hall he goes to bend it back and in a subsequent shot the shiny metal sheet is exactly as it was before. Metal can't do that, at the very least there would be some bend to it and damage to the finish.
