Q
I believe Emma's brilliant yellow (and beautiful) biplane was a de Havilland 'Tiger Moth' - confirm anyone?
A
Good pictures from Google display this bi-plane as a de Havilland 'Tiger Moth.' I'd just like some confirmation from another plane-lover.yes, it is a tiger moth, i did the flying and i still own the plane, i live in zimbabwe, that is why the plane has a Z registration, the zimbabwe authorities would not allow the film makers to change the registration and the series was made in zimbabwe. wonderful plane, will keep it till i die. ray hollins raymunt@gmail.com
