Dixie is grabbed by the hydra and pulled down the corridor. A few scenes later, a shot is shown of the place where she was grabbed, with a puddle of blood and a missing shoe, neither of which were in the original shot.

Faq

What are the differences between the R-Rated Version and the Unrated Version?

Like several other movies of this category "Hydra" has been released as a special Unrated version. The extensions compared to the normal version that is also available on DVD, however, aren't really worth mentioning. There are only three somewhat unnecessary new story scenes.
