Preity Zinta was the initial choice for the female lead but turned it down.

(at around 1h 20 mins) When Khalujaan fired at Kamalkant's runaway car to stop him, the car was going downhill, while the gun was held level with his outstretched arm, the resulting aim of which would have caused the shot to go over the car, thus missing the car completely. But, the shot had ended up hitting the tyre and bursting it.

(at around 50 mins) When Krishna shows the men the newspaper clippings about her husband, Verma, the paragraphs in all the clippings repeat over and over again in the same clipping, in the exact same manner. The film-makers probably intended to enable the viewers to be able to read the entire text without missing any portion, and hence contributing to the goof.

(at around 1h 50 mins) After getting blown up, Verma was shown to be badly burned from head to toe. However, the clothes that he was wearing were not even slightly singed by the blast.
