The plot and scenes of this 1942 movie are identical to the Hopalong movie entitled "Rustlers' Valley" made in 1937. The script action follow almost word for word and step for step. The character names are changed, but their vocation and role in the story are the same (banker, lawyer, etc.). In the 1937 movie Windy (George "Gabby Hayes") and Lucky (Russell Hayden) were Hopy's sidekicks.
