Before the drive-by shooting at the end of the film Caine gets shot but all of the sudden pops back up (looking like a fullback football) and then he is lying on grass.
In the beginning of the driving scene with A Wax, O-Dog and Caine, the police escort as well as a crew van can be seen following them out the rear window

No. The US r-rated version is not uncut. To avoid an NC-17 rating this version had to be cut in three scenes. Until now the uncut version has only been released on Laserdisc by Criterion. There is no uncut-dvd or VHS available; Neither in the USA nor in other countries.
