Goofs
Kim Wu Juba's file has a spelling mistake. It clearly states that he has a specialization in heavy "waepons".

When Steiner and Hunter are lowering the girls on the rope one of the shots is obviously flipped as the backdrop reverses and Steiner is using his 'left' hand, when it's his right hand that hasn't been burned.

When Brother Samuel is going through the files on the soldiers going on the mission he mentions that Valerie Duval has 61 kills but the roman numerals in her file indicate 'XLI', which in fact means 41.

Q
What are the differences between the Director's Cut and the R-Rated Version?
A
Normally the Director's Cut is a longer version of a movie. In this case it isn't. The Director's Cut misses 16 scenes which slowed the movie down a bit. The movie is getting faster but not necessarily a lot different. A detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.
