Goofs
When the bio-suited CDC doctors enter the building, you hear the sounds of a self-contained breathing apparatus. However, the doctors are wearing standard gas masks with NBC filters, which are almost silent and don't use an external air supply.

When Randy exits the elevator and is attacked by the rabid German Shepherd, he holds onto the dog's collar from the side, near the back of its head, deliberating causing it to "attack" him. That means the dog may not have been well trained, and the actor (or stuntman) had to hold the dog in place to keep it from running off the set. The normal reaction would be to push the dog's chest and throat to get it off.

Q
Is this movie based on a book?
A
Q
What was in the crawlspace in the attic?
A
When Scott goes up into the crawlspace to see if there was a way out, something attacks the camera briefly, then comes down from the crawlspace (not being noticed by Angela and Scott because of the surrounding darkness). Looking closely, it seemed to be a young child that was infected, probably being one of Henry's (the man from Boston) test subjects.
Q
How much sex, violence, and profanity are in this movie?
A
For detailed information about the amounts and types of (a) sex and nudity, (b) violence and gore, (c) profanity, (d) alcohol, drugs, and smoking, and (e) frightening and intense scenes in this movie, consult the IMDb Parents Guide for this movie. The Parents Guide for Quarantine can be found here.
