At the end of the movie, when Megan has died and has been disconnected from the equipment, she has her chest exposed. Dan is standing over her. In the next shot, when Dan comes closer to kiss her, her breasts are covered by her shirt.

What are the differences between the R-Rated version and the Unrated version? What about the old BBFC 18 version?

To put it simply, there are 83 differences adding up to 9 minutes and 5 seconds between both versions involving gore and nudity scenes and even story sequences. A detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.The old British BBFC 18 version is not edited that much. Here, less than 2 minutes were cut, mostly scenes with a sexual content. Those cuts were waived for the British Anchor Bay release on DVD. A detailed comparison with pictures can be found here.

What's the reagent West uses made of?

We're never told but it makes for a great MacGuffin! The FX team used the fluid you find in glow sticks though...
