Goofs
It was shown in the bloopers during the end credits that when Jackie Chan hides the baby from the crazy landlady by tucking him under his shirt, honey was applied on his nipple to make the baby suck it. The honey can be seen on the baby's cheek during the third shot of baby inside Jackie Chan's shirt.

Q
What are the differences between the Theatrical Version and the Extended Cut?
A
Although the Theatrical Cut runs quite long (approx. 2 hrs.), the Extended Version includes 9 min. of new footage. If you like the Theatrical Cut you shouldn't hesitate to watch the Extended Version as well. The new footage intensifies some shallow characters (Landlord & Landlady) and the footage makes the film more understandable. The Extended Version seems to be the favored version that had to be cut down to 2 hrs. without cutting out a complete plot line. A detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.
Q
Was there some significance to the baby's name at the end?
A
The name of the baby Li K. A Sing refers to the wealthy business man Li Ka-shing. Although born in Guanghzhou, he made his fortune in Hong Kong as is by far the wealthiest person there. Everyone in Hong Kong knows of Li Ka-shing.
