AThe parade begins, and Saige gets off to a good start. However, all the cameras flashing in her face cause her to freeze up for a few minutes until she gets back her focus and is able to continue, even managing to do the scarf trick. Following the parade, the crowd moves to the Kimo theater to see Saige's 'Living Art' fund-raising program. With $3000 left to go in their goal of raising $5000 to fund Mesa Grande's art program, everyone is pleased when they raise $992 but realize that they are still $1008 short of their goal. Refusing to be defeated, Saige conquers her fear of facing large crowds and steps forward to convince the audience that art gives kids like her a voice and to please with them to help bring back art to the school. By the end of the program, they are ecstatic to find that they've hit the $5000 mark.
