QWhat are the differences between the R-Rated and Unrated Version?
AThe Unrated Version, which is only available on Blu-ray in the States, features, in contrast to the previous movies of the Saw franchise, no plot extensions. For the Unrated Version of the seventh part only prolonged gore sequences have been reinserted but one has to look very closely, because these 19 changes account for a total of only 12 added seconds of footage. A detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.
