Q
What is the name of the farm?
A
The farm is called Grayhill farm.
Q
I like this series, can I see more?
A
"Tudor Monastery Farm" simulates a farm from roughly the same era and also has Ruth Goodman and Peter Ginn in the team. A farm is also simulated in the series "Victorian Farm", "Edwardian Farm" and "Wartime Farm", where a farm is re-enacted during the 19th century, the beginning of the 20th century and World War II respectively. The last three series feature Ruth Goodman, Alex Langlands and Peter Ginn.
Q
Did the archaeologists really live on the farm for a full year?
A
No. The narrator tells in the beginning of the first episode that "health and safetly regulations" prohibit the team from actually living on the farm. In an extra on the DVD it is told that filming took between three and five days each month.
