Brian P Smith was an invited guest to the 2013 British Soap Awards and the Party after the show. He gave all 700 guests a very special Popagami Soap Pack with bespoke designs and showed many of the guests how to make them at the Party. He sat with the Corrie cast, just behind Nigel Havers and later he can be seen in the background making Popagami, where the soap interviews were held.
