Did Terri Hawkes play Baby Hugs on the Nelvana version of this show?

Contrary to what many Care Bear fans believe, this is not the case. Terri Hawkes starred as the voice of Baby Hugs in the first Care Bears Movie, and, in later episodes of the Nelvana series, played Shrieky, No Heart's niece.
