Composer Michael Kamen hated the film when he first saw it. The only reason he provided the score was out of his personal friendships with Bruce Willis and producer Joel Silver.
In the opening football scene, the names on two of the football players' jerseys are "Josephson" and "Coates." Barry Josephson produces the movie and Kim Coates plays "Chet" in the movie.
After the first shootout, Joe puts his hands up and walks toward the arriving police cars. In the next shot, a police officer has already miraculously appeared outside his car.
When Jimmy Dix shows the senator's bodyguards the "bom" picture through the window of the BMW, they shoot at him completely shattering the window. In a subsequent shot, when Jimmy is yanking on the seat belt, you can see the window undamaged.
How can the pistol Joe grabs in the woods hold so many bullets?
A
Presumably he either also grabs a spare magazine and reloads offscreen or Darien brings an extra box of bullets with her to Jimmy's car. Alternatively maybe the guy whose car he borrows has a spare box and or he salvages some from Milo's car.
Q
Why do they let the police Lieutenant open the case if they think it's the bomb?
A
When Joe & Jimmy take the bomb from the security detail's crashed car, they place it on the backseat of their car. Therefore, when the lieutenant opens the boot of the car at the stadium and takes the case out, it has to be the money - we can only assume that Joe placed it there (offscreen) when he takes it from the car in the swimming pool.
