What special features are on the DVD?

There is only one extra found on both the R1 US DVD, released by Miramax Home Entertainment in 1999, and the R2 UK DVD, released by Touchstone Home Entertainment (UK) in 2002:An untitled 5 minute making-of featurette.

Is this film available on Blu-ray?

Yes it is, but not in a US or UK edition. It is available in a Spanish edition (Cosas que hacer en Denver cuando estas muerto) released by Savor Ediciones in 2011. The disc is Region B locked, has forced Spanish subtitles and an English audio track available in only Dolby 2.0 Stereo (the Spanish dub is available in Dolby 5.1 Surround). It is also available in a Japanese edition released by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment in 2012
