Goofs
When Baby Herman first swallows the rattle, Roger panics and screams for somebody to call 9-1-1. However, in the end when it reverts to the "real world", the setting is the same 1940s setting as "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" - 9-1-1 wasn't even proposed as an emergency number in the United States until 1968.
