Trivia
In U.S. Navy terms, Ryback's Rate title was Chief Petty Officer and his Rating (specialty) was Mess Management Specialist; therefore Ryback was a Chief Mess Management Specialist, or MSC. Since Ryback was allowed to wear his SEAL (Special Warfare) insignia on his Service Dress Blue uniform at the end of the film, this meant Ryback was reinstated as a Navy SEAL. This would make him MSC(SEAL) Casey Ryback.

Ayako Fujitani, the firstborn daughter of Steven Seagal, was present on the set during the day of filming the on-deck helicopter explosion but was not allowed to witness it due to assertions that it would be too dangerous. Years later, Fujitani and Seagal still joke about how upset it made her at the time.

The character Jordan Tate makes a statement to Chief Ryback during a gunfight that is similar to statement made about an actual Medal of Honor recipient. James Fenelon, a Native American Sioux fought on Guadalcanal with Woodrow Wilson Keeble. He said of Keeble (another Sioux), "The safest place to be was right next to Woody."

Goofs
During the shootout scene where Ryback is locked in the freezer, the two terrorists are supposedly carrying suppressed (silenced) HK MP5ks . However, when fired they are not properly suppressed leading one to believe that the "Silencers" were not functional, or the sound was added later in post.

Through the first part of the movie, the 16-inch guns always have tompions in them, but when Ryback and his men are ready to fire on the submarine, they've been removed and the guns are ready to fire.

Before Stranix fires the missiles, he places his forefinger under the third switch. In the next shot he now has his thumb under the switch.

Q
Will There be a Movie Called UnderSiege 3: Plane Danger?
A
No
Q
What are the differences between the British BBFC-15 version and the uncut version of this movie?
A
In total there are four short scenes missing like the stabbing in the groin or the final fight between between Seagal and Tommy Lee Jones probably in order to avoid and BBFC-18 rating. A detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.
