Trivia
During the mock torture scene Jeff Blue (Dennis Quaid) says that his wife, Jane, is 'Doctor Natasha LotteLenya from the Rosa Klebb institute". Lotte Lenya portrayed Rosa Klebb in the 1963 James Bond film "From Russia With Love". In the book of the same name she is described as being an expert at inducing extreme pain and enjoying the act of torturing.

In the bar one of the men is kidding Muerte (Stanley Tucci) about being defeated by a man with a "little baby". Muerte slams the man's head down on a glass, shattering the glass. Just before this happens the man covers the glass with his hand so that his face hits his hand, not the glass.

Jeff Blue: FBI! You're under arrest. You have the right to remain silent. If you give up that right you may talk, sing, dance, impersonate Elvis or anything else you like. You have the right to an attorney. If you're broke and can't afford one, tough shit! Now get in the car you suspected felon you!
