Who will be back?

Garrett Hedlund announced that he would be back. Olivia Wilde is yet to be announced (but was rumoured to be under contract), Jeff Bridges is unlikely to return, Bruce Boxleitner has confirmed that he'll be back and it is now unknown as to whether Cindy Morgan will actually return, hopefully she does

When will this be released?

No date has been set. But it has been confirmed by Cindy Morgan that TRON 3 is still on, last official news was that the script is still being "tweaked" to the director's liking. The script is rumored to be complete, pre-production is rumored to start this year for a possible 2016/2017 release date, 2017 is more likely at this stage
