The addition of Daizy was requested by executives to make the show more appealing to girls.

All the characters who are girls have a pair of thick black eyelashes to the sides of their eyes. Boys do not have these.

According to series creator Bob Boyle, Wubbzy is a wubbzy. He's the only one of his kind.

In the opening sequence to episodes, the hour hand of Wubzy's (Grey DeLisle) clock moves, not the minute hand.
