Paul T.T. Easter who's known for his low-budget filmmaking in Norfolk (U Mugs, Stagger, Black Shuck) was offered a small role as Edward's mate outside the warehouse. But Easter declined wanting more lines. This was not accepted by the crew.

Quotes
Chris Baker: She's like my sister, and you don't go messing around with other people's metaphorical sisters. Do you understand that?

Peter - BBC Executive: Do you know why you're here, Mr. Baker?

Chris Baker: [about Finn] He will fuck anything with two tits. It's true. No offence.

Q
Which original characters return from the first film?
A
There's only four characters who return from the original film: Chris Baker, who is now the protagonist of the sequel. Then there's the compere character who appears later on in the film, Jon Malkovich and Tom Phelps who only have a couple of lines (more of a nod cameo). No one else returns due to committment issues or the fact that it's a spin-off, so new characters would replace the old.
Q
What is Chris and Ellie's relationship?
A
Chris and Ellie arent exactly best or close friends, however they need and understand each other more than anyone else as they know each other inside and out, what they like, what they dont like etc. In the past Chris has visited the strip club where Ellie works a good amount of times and has become a regular visitor there, and have therefore got to know each other quite well since then, giving Chris lapdances and serving him drinks during his vulnerable times. They have no romantic or sexual feelings between each other whatsoever. Chris even explains to Finn in the hotel bar scene that they are indeed best friends and have known each other for a good year. Their relationship can also be defined as a "brother and sister" relationship.
Q
Is this a direct sequel to "Z-Lister"?
A
No. According to creators Martin Ballantyne and Kris Smith the story is more of a spin-off that now focuses on Chris Baker, the once child-star friend of Jon from the first film. It also takes place 2 years later after the first film, which is the time difference in real-life.
