Julianne Moore will be honored at Annual Alzheimer's Benefit

Julianne Moore, the Oscar-winning actress and 2015 Academy Award winner for her brilliantly portrayed role for the movie Still Alice by the New York City Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association will be honored at its annual Gala event on June 8, 2015 at The Pierre. In this movie Julianne Moore plays the role of a professor who is struggling though and experiencing he changes as she is at the early stage of Alzheimer's disease.
Moore had very diligently and minutely while preparing for the role, worked together with the Chapter staff and list of clients, is all set to accept the Creative Leadership Award as through her role in the movie, has drawn a lot of attention about the disease.
Emceed by Jonathan Groff, the actor who has won Tony Award, had lost his grandmother due to Alzheimer, this upcoming "Forget-Me-Not" Gala, An Evening to End Alzheimer's so far has is being expected to raise approximately $1.5 million.
