Jessica Chastain thought that her nouveau riche character would only wear Armani and wrote to the fashion house to request that they lend their costumes to the film. They obliged, therefore every outfit that her character, Anna, wears is vintage Armani from 1981.
The kitchen, where they tell the baby sitter to go home, is not at all consistent with the supposed "mansion", they live in. Several other interior scenes appear to be shot in a different location, home or perhaps, set.
When the young salesman goes out his first day, there's a shot of a residential street. Several houses have modern satellite dishes attached to their roofs (like dish or DirecTV).
In the chase scene that goes onto the subway platform, as Morales jumps onto the subway, you can hear the "doors closing" warning chime in the background, but the subway cars that are in the scene never had the audible warnings. The only indication of the doors closing on the older cars was the conductor announcing, "watch the closing doors".
