Goofs
At the beginning, we can clearly see the disabled plane 'crashing' into the house and the house exploding, yet the next day when the investigators arrive, the house is in tact and there is an impact crater in the front yard.

The scene with an intro stating it is winter 1965 is shown before the scene with the summer 1965 intro. It is obviously not in the early months of 1965 though because the family is making Christmas decorations so these scene are shown out of order.

When Adam gets his first ever view of the ocean we see a sailboat going slowly not too far off shore. They make a quick cut back to Adam to see his excited look then one second later they cut back to the same ocean shot and the sailboat is nowhere in sight.

Adam: Manners are a way of showing other people we care about them.

Calvin: Son. Adam.

Eve: Whenever Adam gives me, such obviously incorrect information. I just smile, slap him on the knee and look out the window. Why spoil his dreams? They're such wonderful dreams.
