What are the differences between the R-Rated and Unrated Version?

In the US, two versions of Blindfold were released on VHS: a shortened R-Rated Version and an uncensored Unrated Version. A detailed comparison between the R-Rated and Unrated Version with pictures can be found here.Though the UK-VHS is based on the Unrated Version, cuts to get the BBFC 18 rating were made anyway.
