The entire film was performed and shot in two parallel version, one Finnish-language, one Swedish. The paralell version "Kärlekens kors" is played in Swedish and the audio track features lip sync to the Swedish print; i.e., the parallel version is not merely an Swedish-language audio overdub on the Finnish-language print.

Tulio filmed two versions of the film. Another is a Swedish version named "Kärlekens kors". Swedish version starring Regina Linnanheimo and Oscar Tengström. Many other actors are Swedish.
