The original plot had a final sequence shot on a wax museum in Hollywood. When the screenplay was re-written, the final scenes took place on a movie-oriented club. Art Department supervisors had the ability to use the same props and sets for both the shootings.

Q
What are the differences between the PG-13 theatrical version and the Unrated version?
A
Released in cinemas as a PG-13 version an Unrated version was published on DVD that runs approx. 140 seconds longer and features a much more authentic version of this werewolf flick. In this case, the unrated version offers much more violence and swearwords than the theatrical version and is the version to buy in case you like the movie. A detailed comparison with pictures between both versions can be found here.
