During the final season, Eb got a steady girlfriend in the person of Darlene Wheeler. However, in many of the early episodes it was revealed that he had a crush on Betty Jo Bradley. In several episodes he dated a girl named Lorelei.
Oliver drove five gold convertibles during the series run. The first three were Lincoln Continentals (1965 through '67 models). The last two were a 1969 and 1970 Mercury Marquis, because Lincoln had stopped making convertibles in 1968.

There is a Loew's State theater on the right, but the marquee is too small and blurry to read. Judging from the cars in the scene, it would have been shot in the early 50's.
