Goofs
It is unlikely that John Ehret High School or the cities that it serves (Harvey, Marrero, and Westwego) were flooded during Hurricane Katrina. Ehert is on the West Bank on the Mississippi River (to the south of New Orleans) in Jefferson Parish. Most of the flooding from Katrina occurred in New Orleans proper (Orleans Parish), in St. Bernard Parish to the city's southeast, and in the East Bank sections of Jefferson Parish to the city's west. Most of the West Bank was unaffected by flooding.

Brian Randolph was scribbling graffiti inside of his locker when one of his teammates tells him not to do that because he's on the West Bank, no longer in New Orleans East. In the conversation that follows, the number of lines that Brian has written changes from three to one and back to three lines.

During the first few plays of the State Championship, one of the Patriots passes is stolen and taken down the court. The player with the ball then lobs the ball to a player wearing a #22 jersey, who then dunks it. When the camera zooms in on the player the jersey number has changed to #21.
