As the director admits in the commentary, the full-page Hope House news ad is blank on the reverse side with no page number or masthead, something no real newspaper would allow. Also, his stack of proof newspapers become different after the editor lifts the first one.

When Alex and Grace are talking and walking down the hall of the hospice center, Grace stops. In the wide-screen view, you can see, under her foot, the black tape on the floor which marks the spot where she's to stop. A few moments later, one can also be seen under Alex's foot. As they resume walking, the marks are no longer on the floor.
