Trivia
This opens with a caddish well-to-do young man driving a young lady home and pretending that his car has just broken down on a quiet country lane. The exact same ploy was used in Ken Annakin's previous film, Vote for Huggett (1949).
Ken Annakin used several members of the stock company that were in the Huggett series of films that he made just before this, his first war film. This includes Kathleen Harrison and David Tomlinson.
