Q
Is the film's leading man E.J. Bonilla the same actor EJ Bonilla that was nominated for a 2009 Daytime Emmy for his role in The Guilding Light?
A
Yes, they are one and the same. Mr. Bonilla (EJ) has played roles, some of them leading ones, in several indie feature films since The Guiding Light went off the air. His latest, "Musical Chairs" has been seen by more than most of the others, which so far, have played only at film festivals and are still awaiting a nationwide release. (For that matter, so is "Musical Chairs", which is currently being shown on HBO Latino. "Musical Chairs" is also mentioned in the reality series, "Push Girls", and the last episode of Season 1 of the show features a clip from it, though not with E.J. Bonilla.)
