When Animal rides up the elevator to Dona's apt she is on the 7th floor but the lights in the elevator says he is getting off on the 5th floor. There are 9 lights the farthest left is the up light then Lobby up to 8th the the down. When he gets off the down light up. She said to the cops 714 but she is in 716.

When Donna's 'old man' Animal steps into the glass elevator, appropriately, none of buttons are illuminated. A moment later, we see him reach for the button panel but the light is already on for the 7th floor before he presses it. The scene cuts away for a few moments but the next medium shot of him in the elevator now shows the 5th floor button lit up, not the 7th which should still be on.

What the Heck is that thing that the Sarge (Stacy Keach) smoking out of and where can I get one?

Sorry to break some folks' bubble but the famous Sarge Smoke Gun was a simple prop made for the movie. There was a tube that ran from it to a tobacco smoker for the "smoking scenes". Legend has it that parts of a simple squirt gun where used in making it. In other words, you can't buy one anywhere. Several companies do offer "Rocket Blower" battery operated pipes that blow smoke at you with the use of a small fan. These also can range in size. However none of these type of pipes feature the self-heating element seen in the Sarge's gun.
