Goofs

Rebecca tells the boys that a zombie can be cured within 36 hours after the infection, and accordingly everyone gets into panic when Wurst accidentally drops the bottle with what they think is the antidote before Zombie-Philip drinks it, five minutes before those 36 hours run out. However, they all seem to miss the point that Philip WAS already cured and got infected again only seconds before, so his friends do not have only 5 minutes left to save him but the whole 36 hours to brew another antidote.

When the three wake up in the morgue as zombies they are wearing hospital gowns. They were all DOA from the car accident. Dead bodies would not be dressed in hospital gowns to go to the morgue.
