The 1964 Cadillac hearse that transported John F. Kennedy from the hospital to Love Field is almost exactly the same as the original one, down to the license plates that it bore (WC609). The original sold at the Barrett-Jackson auction for $160,000.

The Zapruder film is mentioned as being a 'new' format while the film is depicted as Kodak standard 8mm which was introduced in 1932. A new 'Super 8' format was not introduced until 1965. What may have been an issue was that Kodak Kodachrome film had the processing of the film included in the price so that the film would only be processed in a Kodak laboratory. Other film processing laboratories would not usually have kept the propriety chemicals to develop Kodachrome film as customers would not be expected to pay for processing twice.
