After the camera cuts away and back again the cart has disappeared. The next time the camera cuts away and back again the cart reappears at the top of the slope.

Faq

What are the differences between the US Version and the HongKong Version?

The US version of the movie is about 8 minutes shorter, but the extended credits there actually reduce the difference. The cuts soften the movie quite a bit because they mostly remove scenes which included drug trafficking and abuse. Some comedy scenes were removed as well.
