In one of the scenes, there is a cameo appearance by General VK Singh(General Vijay Kumar Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM is an Indian politician and retired military officer). He appears on-screen when a Colonel briefs Major Chavhan on the mission to rescue school kids who are held hostage by militants. The Colonel says, "We have some slides of the area; Colonel V. K. Singh will explain it to you."
