No. This is a fan-made movie, and it deviates drastically from the plots and action of the original series.Although it does still contain the characters Sam, Al, and Ziggy (which is actually voiced by the same actress as the original show), and deals with Sam Quantum Leaping, the fact of the matter is that he leaps into a time period which is around the time period implied for the Quantum Leap project to be operating in actuality, and this creates a lot of paradox.Other than the voice of Ziggy, this movie has no connection to the original series.
