The original design for Snow White was done by the artists behind Betty Boop giving her pouting red lips,long eyelashes,and a glimpse of her ankles causing her to look like a 'flapper' than a demure princess. Walt Disney threw this out as he wanted Snow White to be wholesome, innocent and clothed in a peasant style dress rather than being sexy. The orig12inch x 10 inch artwork was kept by one of the animators and held by his family until it was put up for auction in august 2014 when it was expected to make £15,000 but was sold for £2,793.

'Jiminy Crickets' is mentioned twice by the dwarfs. It's an old expression usually used to express surprise.

Convinced that it would fail, the Hollywood film industry labeled the film "Walt Disney's Folly".

At the final scene when Snow White kisses the dwarfs, she kisses them all except for Sleepy.

After Snow White discovers she is stuck to the tree she raises her arms while screaming but in the next shot one of her hands is on her skirt.

When the cliff the Witch is standing on is struck by lightning, the splashes of rain on the rock wall behind the boulder are seen over it. Apparently, the cameraman placed the cels in the wrong order, placing the splashes over the boulder instead of underneath. The splashes form the silhouette of the background behind the boulder, which is made evident as it rolls off the cliff.

Queen: Magic Mirror, on the wall, who, now, is the fairest one of all?

Huntsman: [dropping the knife] I can't. I can't do it! Forgive me. I beg of Your Highness, forgive me.
